As a content creator, you'll be responsible for contributing to our social media platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, Tiktok), interviewing industry leaders, young creatives and programme alumni, diving into subject matter, designing and creating visuals as well as crafting compelling copy, all focused on inspiring and supporting young talent looking to find their route in.
We’re looking for people who are keen to commit to joining the team for min. 1 year and contribute on a steady basis in bi-weekly meetings, 3-4 hours of work per week (flexible timings). There's the option to take on additional hours to support our mentorship program, where you'll have the opportunity to interview candidates and match them with the perfect mentor.

We offer a lot of freedom to bring in your own ideas and take on responsibility for projects. As a Routes In volunteer, you'll have the chance to network with the creative community, liaise with industry leaders and partners, and add some professional work experience to your CV. You’ll join a team of passionate, motivated individuals, committed to unlocking potential within people and redistributing opportunities in the Creative Industry. Our core team is based in Amsterdam; additional local teams work with us in Copenhagen, Rome and Berlin.
